Payment is due at the end of service once your invoice is sent.
All payments made by credit card must be processed through your invoice link — we do not accept pre-payment by card.
Please note: All services are billed as flat rates based on your selected service type and scope of work — not hourly. Time listed on the booking calendar is for scheduling purposes only and does not reflect the actual duration of your cleaning.
Payment Processor Outages
In the rare event that our payment processor is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or an unexpected outage, clients will be required to submit payment using an alternate payment method designated by Got It Maid, LLC.
By booking any service with Got It Maid, LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Delaying payment until our payment processor is restored is not an available payment option.
As a small business, we occasionally experience maintenance or temporary outages with our payment processor. In these situations, an approved alternative payment method will be provided to ensure payments can still be completed on time. This policy helps us continue meeting payroll, operating expenses, and scheduled financial obligations without interruption.
Late payment fees and payment policies remain in effect during processor outages unless otherwise stated in writing by Got It Maid, LLC.
